Our vet recommended this product for our poop eater. Vet sold at much higher price, was very happy to find it reasonable here. Vet recommended using for 30 days for hard core poop eater and we are at day 18 and have only had the initial taste. We recommend pairing with verbal praise and rewards for ignoring. Or a warning if dog is enticed. No idea if she is broken of the habit but we are hopeful since this is a taste deterrent (vs smell deterrent from what I understand) and she has not eaten since, tho we have erred on the side of caution and warned a few times. Yes, we are spending time being very vigilant for now but in the long run it seems worth the time invested now for a long life of not eating poops. Fingers crossed!
